A Study on Evacuation Plan against Large-Scale Disaster in Metropolitan Area Based on Community-Driven Perspectives

Abstract: When large disaster occurrs in metropolitan area, the effectiveness of evacuation can be maximized by the various actors in the community which are quickly aggregated and implemented.
