Optical image stabilization is a device to compensate the camera movement in the exposure time. The compensation is implemented by movable lens or image sensor that adjusts the optical path to the camera movement. Generally, the camera is moved by a handshake, thus the handshake is considered as an external disturbance. However, there are many other vibrations such as car and train vibration. Ride comfort of a vehicle is often determined by rubber bushes in suspension system. If transmission forces versus deformations across the bushes are available under operational conditions, improvement of the ride comfort could be done with more ease. Recently, the transmission forces are measured using custom-made force transducers inside the links. This study presents a feasibility study on estimation of the rubber bush deformations using vibration signals on the rigid links.

Modern military equipments are tend to be mounted on a movable truck for their survivability and operation performance. Special units and electronic equipments installed on the truck experience the vibration caused by road roughness during their transport. The level of the transportation vibration is affected by both road conditions and vehicle speeds. In this paper, various experiments on the vibration characteristics of the equipment are carried out via road tests. Transportation vibration is also investigated
