The evolution of the Internet diminishes learning's limits on time and location and attracts more and more students to learning websites or online learning environments to pursue their chosen studies. The purpose of this study is to explore Taiwanese college students' needs for English E-learning websites. Accordingly, this paper uses the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to investigate and explain Taiwanese college students' acceptance of English E-learning websites. After analysis, the results demonstrate that performance expectations, effort expectancy, and social influence have positive effects on behavior intentions and facilitating conditions; behavioral intentions also have positive effects on use behavior. Overall, if students believe that English E-learning websites can help them increase their performance and that they are easy to use, there is an increase in their intention to use them. This suggests that web designers should improve knowledge management functions and improve user interfaces to be easier to operate. En marzo de 2020, derivado de la emergencia sanitaria por el coronavirus SAR-CoV-2 (COVID-19), los sistemas educativos suspendieron de forma abrupta e indefinida sus actividades presenciales. De manera particular, en el nivel de educación superior, los docentes se enfrentaron al reto de transformar el proceso educativo tradicional y migrar a ambientes virtuales. Ante los cambios emprendidos y el paso de modalidad presencial a la virtual, surge la necesidad de conocer las características de la enseñanza eficaz en las Instituciones de Educación Superior. El objetivo de la investigación fue realizar una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura (RSL) que permitiera identificar los elementos teóricos, conceptuales y las conclusiones que han llegado algunos estudios empíricos sobre las características de la enseñanza eficaz en educación superior, tanto en la modalidad presencial como virtual. La RSL se realizó en cuatro etapas: planeación, búsqueda, selección y síntesis de 61 estudios. Se encontró que las características de la enseñanza eficaz en la modalidad presencial son la planeación del curso, el dominio del contenido, el uso de metodologías y estrategias didácticas diversas, la realimentación a los estudiantes, y el fomento del pensamiento crítico. Mientras en la modalidad virtual, sobresalen las características de diseño del curso y la interacción satisfactoria entre estudiantes y docentes. Respecto a los factores relacionados con la enseñanza eficaz predomina, en la modalidad presencial, el financiamiento y la infraestructura institucional; y en la modalidad virtual, la capacitación y el área de conocimiento.

To overcome the deficiency of the existing billing modes of hot water system, such as based on time or flow signal alone, in this paper a billing method which integrates several signals is presented. The detected flow, temperature and time signals are synthesized to determine the billing function of hot water. Due to the different seasons and regions, an adjustment factor is designed to make the billing function more flexible and intelligent. This may make users’ expenses reasonable, and it also considers the loss of the managers. This proposed billing mode is successfully implemented in the hardware system controlled by Single-chip Microcomputer.
