A Study of the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning on Employees Innovative Behavior and Work Engagement at Sekolah Bahasa Polri

Abstract: The main aims of this study were to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning, and work attachment to the innovative behavior of educators in Sekolah Bahasa (Sebasa) Polri.
