Untersuchungen uber die Kostzusammensetzung der amerikanischen Bevolkerung weisen eine durchschnittliche Versorgung mit I,I-Z mg Vitamin Ba nach, obwohl ein betrachtlicher Teil der Bevolkerung nur 0,7-0,s mg zu sich nimmt6. Englische Arbeiter geben 1943 eine tagliche Riboflavinaufnahme von IJ-1,3 mg an*. SCHEU-NERT und GRAFE' finden fur das Jahr 1938 zwar einen mittleren Riboflavin-Anfall von 1,915 mg pro Kopf der deutschen Bevolkerung, betrachten dies aber in Hinblick auf die Verschiedenheit der Kostsatze trotzdem als ungunstige Bereitstellung.
