A Study of Storm Surge Risk Index System

Abstract: Natural disasters refer to casualties, property damage and social instability. Coastal urban areas with a high population density coupled with the construction of man-made structures are particularly subjected to storm surge hazards, which have become an increasingly urgent problem.
