Abstract: Introduction Data on the use of fibrin sealants to control intraoperative bleeding in children are scarce. Evicel Fibrin Sealant (Ethicon Inc., Raritan, New Jersey, United States) was found safe and effective in clinical trials of adults undergoing various surgery types.
