A study of medial pallidotomy for Parkinson's disease: clinical outcome, MRI location and complications

Abstract: We have studied the effects of unilateral ventral medial pallidotomy in 26 patients with medically intractable Parkinson's disease with marked drug-induced dyskinesias.
