A study of functional outcome of displaced proximal humerus fracture treated with philos plating

Abstract: Background: Fracture of proximal humerus fracture represent approx 5% of all fractures and 26% of humerus fractures. The usual method of treatment was conservative in past and result and functional outcome were not good. Three and four part fracture of Neer's classification (13-16% of proximal humerus fractures) have been challenging to achieve stable fixation.
