A study of Competitive Strategies for Supplier Orders Considering Disruption Risk in Supply Chain Environment

Abstract

This paper constructs a supply chain consisting of a retailer and two suppliers, discusses three strategy models, and introduces a third-party investment enterprise to further analyze the supplier's choice decision on the investment of the third-party enterprise. Finally, Matlab tool is borrowed for numerical simulation to provide corresponding decision-making suggestions for the suppliers.
