A health crisis caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is still ongoing. That is why an important factor for the resumption of on-site classes is the creation of sanitary measures to help control Covid-19. The present research is a literature review, The PRISMA methodology is used and 265 articles are collected from various databases such as EBSCO Host, IEEE Xplore, SAGE, ScienceDirect, and Scopus. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the most relevant articles aligned to the topic were identified, systematizing 119 articles. Showcasing digital technologies used in mobile applications that allow better control, tracking, and monitoring of the health status of students, teachers, and staff of educational centers, in addition to the parameters and quality attributes that must be taken into account for the effective sanitary control of the disease, finally, a development model is proposed.

PurposeThe objective of this study is to examine the drivers of retail apps satisfaction and continuance intention. An integrative theoretical framework was developed based on the IS success model, E-S-QUAL and expectancy and disconfirmation model to explain retail apps users’ satisfaction and continuance intention.Design/methodology/approachA total of 359 useable data were collected from the targeted Malaysian respondents who had experience in using retail apps services. Data were analysed using the partial least squares technique.FindingsThe results indicate that system quality and e-service quality positively influence retail apps usage satisfaction and have positive direct and indirect effects through satisfaction on continuance intention. The price level has a negative effect on retail apps usage satisfaction. Even though price level has no direct effect on continuance intention to use retail apps, it has an indirect effect on continuance intention through satisfaction.Originality/valueAlthough the success of a marketing channel mainly depends on its continuance usage rather than first-time usage, few studies have paid attention to retail apps services. This study contributes to the advancement of knowledge on retail apps by explaining the roles of system quality, e-service quality and price level on retail apps satisfaction and continuance intention. Interestingly, the findings of multi-group analysis imply that female Gen Y app users are more satisfied than males while such differences do not impact their continuance intention to use the retail apps. The findings also suggested that frequency of using apps has no relevance to retail apps user satisfaction, but highly relevant to their continuance intention to use retail Apps services.

Telemedicine is the impact of industrial revolution 4.0, which urges the development of health system technology to increase access to health services. This condition is contrary to the use of society, where consumers decide to stop using telemedicine services after several benefits. So this study aims to identify the effect of psychosocial factors on consumer decisions in utilizing telemedicine services—analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study was consumers aged 17–39 years who needed access to health services. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. One hundred ninety-eight respondents' responses were obtained in January–May 2021 using descriptive analysis and statistical tests. Statistical research showed that consumer psychological factors, including motivation, psychology, and learning, influenced decisions to use telemedicine services (Sig<0.05). Meanwhile, the social factors of the reference group did not have a significant effect (Sig>0.05). High motivation, positive perception, learning, and family encouragement influence consumer decisions to use telemedicine services, whereas the reference group does not. This research can be used as a consideration for developers and decision-makers in promoting the use of telemedicine so that it continues to be used in the long term.
