A Strategy for Optimizing Staffing to Improve the Timeliness of Inpatient Phlebotomy Collections

Abstract: Reallocating staff to match the pattern of demand for phlebotomy collections throughout the day represents a strategy for improving the performance of an inpatient phlebotomy service.
