Both paper-based and computerized exams have a high level of cheating. It is, therefore, desirable to be able to detect cheating accurately. Keeping the academic integrity of student evaluations intact is one of the biggest issues in online education. There is a substantial possibility of academic dishonesty during final exams since teachers are not directly monitoring students. We suggest a novel method in this study for identifying possible exam-cheating incidents using Machine Learning (ML) approaches. The 7WiseUp behavior dataset compiles data from surveys, sensor data, and institutional records to improve student well-being and academic performance. It offers information on academic achievement, student attendance, and behavior in general. In order to build models for predicting academic accomplishment, identifying at-risk students, and detecting problematic behavior, the dataset is designed for use in research on student behavior and performance. Our model approach surpassed all prior three-reference efforts with an accuracy of 90% and used a long short-term memory (LSTM) technique with a dropout layer, dense layers, and an optimizer called Adam. Implementing a more intricate and optimized architecture and hyperparameters is credited with increased accuracy. In addition, the increased accuracy could have been caused by how we cleaned and prepared our data. More investigation and analysis are required to determine the precise elements that led to our model’s superior performance.

In the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution and the new digital era, modern corporations in their development are focusing more and more on the wide and optimal use of digital technologies in various fields of their activity. In this regard, it becomes very important for the universities to start preparing future graduates for work with digital technologies in a timely manner so that they are in demand and competitive in the labor market in the future. Objectives of the study. The article reveals the current state, directions of digital transformation and the ways of transition of universities to 4.0 model. Achieved results. We have revealed the peculiarities of digitalization of the main types of university activities in the new conditions during the transition to 4.0 model. We have formulated the changes in the educational, research and business activities of the university in the digital economy.

With the increase of smart factories and smart cities following the recent 4th industrial revolution, internal user authentication and authorization have become an important issue. The user authentication model using the server-client structure has a problem of forgery of the access history caused by the log manipulation of the administrator and unclearness of the responsibility. In addition, users must independently manage the authentication method for each service authentication. In this paper, to solve the above problem, the researchers propose an integrated ID model based on a hybrid blockchain. The proposed model is implemented as two layers of Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric: the former layer is responsible for integrated authentication, and the latter layer is responsible for access control. The physical pass or application for user authentication and authorization are integrated to one ID through the proposed model. In addition, the decentralized blockchain ensures the integrity and transparency of the stored access history, and it also provides non-repudiation of authority and access history.
