A Simulation Model for Predicting and Analyzing Manpower Requirements

Abstract: In Oklahoma, manufacturing employment continues to grow, playing a crucial role in the state's economy. The proportion of state employment in manufacturing rose from 12 percent in 1960 to 15 percent in 1970. Since then, the growth rate of manufacturing jobs has been even greater.
