Abstract: Oncolytic adenoviruses, also called conditionally replicating adenoviruses (CRADs), have been widely applied in cancer gene therapy. However, the construction of CRADs is still time-consuming. In this study, we attempted to establish a simplified method of generating CRADs based on AdEasy system.
