Abstract:Aims: To design a simple method to produce active recombinant Pseudomonas aeruginosa haemolytic phospholipase C (PLC). Method and Results: Pseudomonas aeruginosa PLC is a virulence factor mainly involved in inflammatory and cytotoxic responses.
