“…The methodology should have at least a LOQ below the Residual Maximum Limit (RML) of carbendazim in soybean seeds of 1.0 mg kg À 1 . [15] Similar results were obtained by Ávila et al [16] in the analysis of pesticides in rice grains. This method is known as the signal-to-noise method, comparing the measurement of signals from samples at known low concentrations of the compound of interest in the matrix and a blank (matrix free of the compound of interest) of these samples.…”

“…The Liquid-Liquid Extraction with Low Temperature Partitioning (LLE-LTP) method showed satisfactory results in the research by Goulart et al, [16] for the extraction of carbamates in water samples with LOD for aldicarb, carbofuran and carbaryl were 10 g L À 1 , 10 g L À 1 and 5 g L À 1 , respectively, and the LOQ were 33 g L À 1 , 33 g L À 1 and 17 g L À 1 , respectively. The LLE-LTP accuracy was greater than 90 % and the coefficient of variation was less than 8.4 %.…”
