A Signal Processing Method for Artefact Rejection in Transcranial Doppler Signals used for Micro-embolus detection

Abstract: Atefacts are High Intensity Transient Signals that appear in the Doppler signal due to probe tapping, probe displacement, patient movement and other external factors during TCD recording.
