Abstract:The pathogenesis and surgical treatment of syringomyelia (SM) secondary to trauma and tuberculous meningitis are not clear. We hypothesize that the main cause of SM is impaired cerebrospinal fluid circulation in the subarachnoid space due to spinal arachnoid adhesion induced by trauma
