Abstract: Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is one of the most common limb deformities in pediatric orthopedics. Patients who cannot achieve closed reduction, or cannot maintain concomitant reduction, suffer from repeated dislocation or delay in diagnosis, treatment and need to undergo open reduction (OR) therapy.
