Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a way to use web services to model large software systems. SOA architecture is also a successful model at the moment. SOA does not have a formula for analyzing data, so collaborative methods are needed that can present information that has added value. One of them is the Fuzzy AHP-SAW method to analyze the performance of lecturers at tertiary institutions with data sources applying SOA methods for data integration in academic information systems in real-time. Lecturer performance can be monitored in real time, so that it can be used as material for decision making at the Indramayu State Polytechnic appropriately. Message delivery services performed by the web service with 150 performance table records, 69 lecturer records tables, 6 record study programs and 3 record majors have been successful. fuzzy AHP fuzzy analysis method to find the best lecturers has been successfully carried out by producing fuzzy vector weights (w) performance performance criteria (C1) 0.43, research (C2) 0.29, dedication (C3) 0.11 and publication (C4) 0.17 with the number of lecturers (alternative) as many as 69. The results show an alternative code A063 with a C1 value of 0.38 C2 0.22 C3 0.08 C4 0.15 and a preference of 0.844 getting the first rank.

In order for government organizations to be geared towards digital government they need to have the basic systems in terms of hardware, software, systems and data in order to support integration. Therefore, the exchange of government data is considered to be the major factor in developing digital government. This article aims to design the service-oriented architecture (SOA) for data exchange within the Ministry of Education in Thailand which has a varied internal structure, by using REST as the "Architectural style" and JSON as the standard for exchanging data according to the information standard that is prescribed by the Ministry of Education.

In this paper we propose the method for preparing the preliminary server which can perform the role of the primary server when it may be attacked or other abnormal issues happen through the data synchronization system based on the web service. We propose and realize a new method to establish the replication system which can replace the primary server by changing the IP address of the secondary server in case the primary server has stopped working while serving the customers the information preparing the primary and secondary servers. The important point is that the changed data of the primary server should be sent to the secondary server's database and that the added files should also be sent. In order to solve this problem we suggest the immediate synchronization protocol based on the web service and propose the method to safely establishment the secondary server through the data synchronization system of streaming style. This method makes the services of the several servers identical, thus can also be applied to the cloud computing.
