A Sensitive Zinc Ion Electrode Based on Electrochemically Deposited Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic onto Glassy Carbon Surface

Abstract: The current work was interested in the elaboration of a new electrochemical sensor based on modified glassy carbon electrode for zinc detection. For this 4-para nitrobenzene diazonium (P-NBD), 4-nitrophenyl (NP) and 4-aminophenyl (AP), and ethylene diamine tetra acetic (EDTA) were electrochemically deposited from aqueous solution on the surface of glassy carbon (GC) electrode by potential cycling in the range between 0.4 and ¹1.25 V.
