This research aimed to find a strategy to integrate web-based learning based on authentic learning by identifying the dominant factors regarding teachers' authentic activities. The research method was a teacher survey that used web-based learning. Questionnaires were given to 100 teachers regarding the use of authentic activities. The questionnaire was tested for validity and had a high load factor of more than 0.6. Authentic learning had an effect of 0.689. The data was processed by factorial analysis to obtain the dominant value. Furthermore, a strategy to integrate web-based learning was developed in learning. The results showed that the dominant authentic learning activities used were real-world activities, integrated assessment, various sources and final product design. It can be concluded that using web-based learning applications based on authentic learning provides real-life experiences for students and supports learning to be more meaningful.

Practical Analysis of Digital Technology in an Electronic Education Platform in PE Training

To improve the practical effect of digital technology (DT) in electronic education platform (ECP) in sports training, this study proposes using OpenPose as the main method of posture matching in sports teaching. MobileNet was introduced to replace the backbone network in OpenPose to improve the efficiency of the model. At the same time, self-attention mechanism (SAM) is introduced to improve the accuracy of the model. In the performance verification results, the proposed algorithm has a mean mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.793 and a root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.628. The accuracy of the proposed algorithm reached a maximum of 0.893 in the test set. The accuracy of the proposed algorithm exceeds 90% in the training set. In the practice of physical education (PE) and training, the absolute error between the actual value and the predicted value does not exceed 1.5 cm, while the relative error does not exceed 1.2%. The minimum absolute error and relative error are 0.01 cm and 0.2%, respectively. The proposed algorithm has high prediction effect and performance, and can be applied to PE training.

To overcome the difficulty and unprecedented suspensions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, every organization is required to consider strategic steps to sustain, one of which is by implementing digital transformation and developing leadership capability. This study aims to determine the impact of digital transformation and leadership capability in maintaining the organization, particularly in distance education. This study used questionnaires distributed to 402 students to obtain their opinions on digital transformation, leadership capability, and organizational resilience in Universitas Terbuka, a founder of distance education institutions in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Higher-Order Structural Equation Modeling analysis. Based on the modelling, it is shown that the modelling had a good value of the Goodness of Fit Indicator through a standardized loading factor (SLF) more than the tolerable loading factor limit (>0.50). The Variance Extracted (VE) and Construct Reliability (CR) values also showed that the questions on every indicator used in this study were sufficiently measurable and reliable. The results of hypothesis testing indicated that there was a positive and significant impact of digital transformation and leadership capability on the organızatıonal resılıence of Universitas Terbuka.
