In the context of russia's full-scale invasion, the agricultural sector remains one of the main sources of budget financing in Ukraine, and therefore requires a more detailed study in this context in the context of war. Thus, the purpose of the study was to assess the current possibilities of financing the Ukrainian budget, with a focus on the role of the agricultural sector in its revenue and expenditure parts. The main research methods used were analysis, forecasting, abstraction, historical, statistical and graphical methods. The study analysed the dynamics of the Ukrainian budget and described the general negative trend observed over time. The study analysed possible areas of raising funds for financing, in particular through bonds, both domestic and foreign, and concluded that such methods are undesirable. The paper also shows that the agricultural sector in Ukraine has become a significant source of replenishment of the country's budget during the war. The information being in the available sources indicates that the share of revenues received from the agricultural sector in the budget of Ukraine is quite high, and the sector itself is in surplus (revenues exceed expenditures). Given the benefits for the budget from the development of the agricultural sector, it is important to support it with both financial and non-financial methods. BackgroundRheumatology has experience notably changes in last decades. New drugs, including biologic agents and janus kinase inhibitors, have bloosom. Concepts such aswindow of opportunity,arthralgia suspicious for progression, ordifficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritishave appeared; and new management approaches and strategies such astreat-to-targethave become popular. Statistical learning methods, gene therapy, telemedicine or precision medicine are other advancements that have gained relevance in the field. To better characterise the research landscape and advances in rheumatology, automatic and efficient approaches based on natural language processing should be used. The objective of this study is to use topic modeling techniques to uncover key topics and trends in the rheumatology research conducted in the last 23 years.MethodsThis study analysed 96,004 abstracts published between 2000 and December 31, 2023, drawn from 34 specialised rheumatology journals obtained from PubMed. BERTopic, a novel topic modeling approach that considers semantic relationships among words and their context, was used to uncover topics. Up to 30 different models were trained. Based on the number of topics, outliers and topic coherence score, two of them were finally selected, and the topics manually labeled by two rheumatologists. Word clouds and hierarchical clustering visualizations were computed. Finally, hot and cold trends were identified using linear regression models.ResultsAbstracts were classified into 45 and 47 topics. The most frequent topics were rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and osteoarthritis. Expected topics such as COVID-19 or JAK inhibitors were identified after conducting the dynamic topic modeling. Topics such as spinal surgery or bone fractures have gained relevance in last years, however, antiphospholipid syndrome, or septic arthritis have lost momentum.ConclusionsOur study utilized advanced natural language processing techniques to analyse the rheumatology research landscape, and identify key themes and emerging trends. The results highlight the dynamic and varied nature of rheumatology research, illustrating how interest in certain topics have shifted over time.

Development of Knowledge Graph Based on Risk Register to Support Risk Management of Construction Projects

Risk management (RM) in construction projects is a knowledge-intensive process that requires an efficient mechanism for capturing, storing, exploiting, and managing risk-related knowledge. Although some existing studies have proposed various knowledge-based risk management (KBRM) tools. However, not all tools suit all projects, as every project is unique. Besides, each tool is developed based on certain assumptions with methodological drawbacks. Hence, new tools are required in response to the continuous change in the project environment, complexity, and dynamism by adopting new technologies to improve the RM processes. This study proposes a knowledge graph technique to improve risk-related knowledge storage, sharing, and reuse in managing construction project risks. This study constructed a risk knowledge graph (RisKG) based on a project risk register. The proposed RisKG was then used to develop a construction risk dashboard (ConRisk Dashboard) that can be used for quick risk information retrieval to support the RM of construction projects. The effectiveness of the proposed ConRisk Dashboard was verified through its use for the search and retrieval of risk assessment details of a particular risk source associated with the case project used in RisKG. The results indicate that the ConRisk Dashboard can improve the RM processes by saving time spent on project documentation reviews and cost expended on expert workshops at the beginning of every new project. Conclusively, the contribution of this study to the body of knowledge is that it provides a framework for developing knowledge-based risk management systems (KBRMS) and intelligent tools that can facilitate integrated risk management and digital collaboration among project stakeholders to support informed decision-making in construction projects. In addition, this work paves the way for research towards developing and adopting digital tools that can facilitate the digital transformation of RM and CM practices to improve project performance and productivity in the construction industry.
