A Scheme to Measure Lateral Velocity by Radio Interferometry

Abstract: It is difficult to acquire lateral velocity in the current radar applications. In order to obtain the velocity vector, two or more radar sites are needed. However, it is of great cost, and it is difficult to achieve real-time measurement.
