A Robust Visual Sampling Model Inspired by Receptive Field

Abstract: Spike camera mimicking the retina fovea can report perpixel luminance intensity accumulation by firing spikes. As a bio-inspired vision sensor with high temporal resolution, it has a huge potential for computer vision.
