Одним из этапов решения ряда задач математического моделирования является поиск точки, в которой некоторая функция нескольких переменных достигает наибольшего или наименьшего значения. Эта функция, как правило, имеет высокую размерность и множество локальных экстремумов. Подобная задача успешно решается популяционными алгоритмами оптимизации, например, алгоритмом роя частиц, алгоритмом пресноводных гидр и другими. Целью работы являлось совершенствование алгоритма пресноводных гидр (Н-алгоритма) с учетом представлений квантовой механики. Разработанные квантовые модификации данного алгоритма основаны на методе анализа иерархий (QH-AHP) и байесовском подходе (QH-B). Скорость сходимости квантовых модификаций выше, чем у исходного Н-алгоритма в связи с тем, что положение особей определяется напрямую, не оперируя их скоростями (в соответствии с представлениями квантовой механики). Вследствие этого, в течение одной итерации особи могут перемещаться на значительное расстояние, в результате чего увеличивается охват пространства поиска. Кроме того, данный подход позволяет особям успешнее преодолевать области притяжения локальных экстремумов, что препятствует преждевременной сходимости алгоритма. Найдены оптимальные значения параметров разработанных алгоритмов в результате решения задачи метаоптимизации. Сравнение скорости сходимости предложенных алгоритмов оптимизации выполнялось на примере различных многоэкстремальных тестовых функций: Розенброка, Дэвиса, Экли, Растригина. Предложенные квантовые модификации Н-алгоритма (QH-AHP и QH-B) для различных тестовых функций показали различную, но в среднем одинаковую скорость сходимости. Скорость сходимости квантовых модификаций алгоритмов для различных тестовых функций выше, чем у исходного алгоритма пресноводных гидр и алгоритма роя частиц. Разработанные алгоритмы решения задачи оптимизации могут быть использованы при обучении нейронных сетей, при математическом моделировании процессов и систем в различных предметных областях на этапе идентификации параметров модели, оптимизации характеристик и построения оптимального управления такими системами и т. д.

The Major sources of water are surface and subsurface. Surface water includes Rivers, Reservoirs, Creek, Streams, etc. This paper deals with using a neural network model to recognize dissolved oxygen in Shatt Al-Arab. Within the present study, Shatt Al-Arab River (Basrah-Iraq) is considered as the study area with monthly observed data from 2009-2014. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) has been applied to pattern the relations among eight (8) water quality parameters which are devoted for predicting one parameter (1) so that to decrease the load of long experimental procedure. Physical and chemical parameters that are inserted in the model are: pH, total dissolved solids, electrical conductivity, sulphate, phosphate, calcium, magnesium and nitrate. Dissolved oxygen (DO) is included in the output models. The three layered feed-forward model with back-propagation multi-layer perception (MLP) models architecture of 8-8-1 for DO. The artificial neural network has got training successfully and has been tested with 70{1524fc3db9b9185e4da51c194ca3b05c06ae483421403c447a0666442f370a52} and 30{1524fc3db9b9185e4da51c194ca3b05c06ae483421403c447a0666442f370a52} of the data groups. Statistical criteria of correlation coefficient (R2) and mean square error (MSE) are used to evaluate performance of the models. The correlation coefficients of the artificial neural network model for predicting DO have been 0.99354 and 0.98237, and mean square error for the model are 0.007698 and 0.00122 respectively. It can be concluding that these techniques provide similar accuracy in estimating DO concentration and predicting the dissolved oxygen (DO) in Shatt Al-Arab

Summary In electrical power dispatch problem, economic dispatch (ED) and environmental dispatch problems play a crucial part. Economic dispatch problem refers to the minimization of generation cost, where environmental dispatch problem refers to the minimization of emission of pollutants like CO2, SO2, and NOx from the power generation system. A quantum‐inspired particle swarm optimization (QPSO) technique is presented in this paper to solve many‐objective environmental economic dispatch (EED) problems. Emissions of CO2, SO2, and NOx are considered 3 different objectives, thus making it a 4‐objective problem considering ED. Many‐objective EED problems are defined by using a cubic criterion function, and a max/max price penalty factor is considered to convert all the objectives into a single objective to compare the final results with other well‐known methods found in the literature like Lagrangian relaxation, particle swarm optimization, simulated annealing, and quantum‐behaved bat algorithm. Quantum‐inspired particle swarm optimization is implemented on a 6‐unit system to solve many‐objective EED problems, and at the same time, to show the effectiveness of QPSO in large systems, it is also implemented in a 26‐unit power generation system for ED problem. The obtained results demonstrate and verify the effectiveness and robustness of QPSO to solve many‐objective EED problems. This also shows that QPSO can effectively be implemented in such power dispatch problems.
