Abstract:Pyrazine belongs to the 1, 4-diazines family, which is a significant class of heterocyclic
compounds. Various pyrazine derivatives have been produced and successfully confirmed as medicines
with various pharmacological activities like anti-inflammatory, antitubercular, anticancer, antibacterial,
