A Review of the Power Distribution System in the Telecommunications Sector

Abstract: The telecommunications sector consumes a significant amount of power from the electric utility grid for its functioning. In a typical telecommunications center, about half the energy consumed is delivered to the load, with the rest is lost in power conversion, distribution and cooling processes.
