A review of the Multiple Object Detection, Tracking and Recognition in Video Surveillance Systems using different approaches

Abstract: Moving item location in any video scene and its detection are the 2 significant testing errands in the moving video investigation system which is dynamic in nature. It is trying because of impediment, nearness of shadows, jumbling, dynamic foundation, clamor etc. Detection of moving objects, following, object coordinating crosswise over multi-camera, and reidentification are the fundamental strides of multi camera video investigation system. Multiple object location and following in savvy city video investigat… Show more

“…Patil and Sunitha believe that in the dynamic video survey system, the location and detection of moving items in the video scene are very important, which are affected by obstacles, shadows, and noise. The basic development direction of the multicamera video survey system is the horizontal coordination and rerecognition of moving object detection and tracking on multiple cameras [14]. Ma and Song proposed a moving object detection method in H.264/AVC compressed domain for video surveillance applications, which uses H.264 to compress the information in the bit stream, while reducing the computational complexity and memory requirements, and completes the detection and segmentation of moving objects through motion vectors and quantization parameters [15].…”

“…Recognition of moving objects is the key technology of visual analysis of moving objects, and it is also the most basic problem. It usually extracts moving images from the background and preprocesses them [4][5][6]. When performing target recognition, it is necessary to e ectively detect the target and to classify and preprocess it to facilitate subsequent processing.…”
