Thermal deterioration of Machines is the change in the properties of the basic material as a result of thermal reaction with its environment as a result of the presence of moisture in the bodies of machines such as the bodies of aircraft, cars, engineering equipment and related to the mechanics of the machines in the field of mechanical engineering, which is called the medium of deterioration and not as a result of a mechanical process such as friction in the machines as a result of work Continuous in these machines, according to this definition there is a possibility of corrosion not only in metals, but other materials such as concrete and containers that are in direct contact with moisture, air and environmental factors that are a catalyst for mechanical deterioration. Many researchers in mechanical engineering were interested in the thermal processes of machines, so the problem of corrosion and friction of machines and other important problems that have been studied extensively by finding engineering solutions to reduce or eliminate them. Corrosion of Machines be a limiting factor for various materials in many applications. Thus, it is necessary to have a better understanding of the deterioration processes, their prevention and reduction of the associated damage. In this research the preparation of some reagents and their use as deterioration inhibitors to reduce the deterioration process in engineering machinery by measuring the loss in weights resulting from the phenomenon of deterioration in engineering machinery. These thermal reagents were prepared as a thermal inhibitor painting, diagnosed in spectroscopic techniques, and then some thermal measurements were made to studying them as inhibitors of engineering corrosion in machines. The results appeared that the prepared reagents are good deterioration’s inhibitors due to the inhibition efficiency of the selected thermal reagents increased with increasing of concentration, and decreased with increasing of temperature.

The extant research design LPG give a good temperature distribution for a specific burner design of low consumption burners and relays to a method for bending the glass sheets, in which method the swirl burner LPG is used in a small furnace. Using LPG fuel gives more stability in the combustion process, the LPG is a gaseous fuel that helps to have easy control of the combustion rate and the temperature behavior inside the combustion zone by increasing and decreasing the mixing ratio with air. The heat flux from the flame moves in the front direction due to the momentum of the fuel mixture and the design of the burner rim, which keep the flow adhesive, such behavior leads to creating different temperature zone since the combustion process is a continuous process. The main result is that clean or low emission combustion of LPG fuel will increase the gained temperature and give a good temperature distribution for a specific burner design of low consumption burners and the clean combustion will reduce the unwanted deformation of soot on melting glass surface. Generally, high energy cost and the environmental pollution are the major issues in the glass industries which must be reduced through reduce the fuel consumption of the glass furnaces. For these reasons, this type of furnace can be used in other applications, not only in melting glass.

HHO gas is one promising alternative as an alternative for fossil fuels, nevertheless, several challenges need to be overcome in order for HHO gas to become a viable option for global use. This paper presentsbibliometric analysis, HHO gases production methods, and challenges of using HHO gas. The primary objective of this review paper is to provide views, assessments, and evaluations of the published literature on HHO gas, both the production and use challenges of HHO gas. This review article uses several software programs including origin for graph visualization, Microsoft excel for processing data, and VOSviewer for analyzing bibliographic mappings. HHO production can be done by adding KOH electrolyte solution. Factors that affect the production of HHO gas include electrolyte properties, electrolyte concentration, and distance between electrodes. An increase in the concentration of the electrolysis solution leads to an increase in the production of HHO gas. The production of HHO gas can also be done with the addition of Na2CO3 or K2CO3 which can produce high H2 gas. The pre-combustion mercury removal technique using coal electrolysis produces hydrogen byproducts with 50% less energy than water electrolysis. A single Pt circuit at TiO2 support (Pt1/def-TiO2) forms a highly efficient photocatalyst for hydrogen production. The main challenges of HHO gas in terms of production, storage, distribution, safety, cost of HHO gas production.
