A Review of Lupus Miliaris Disseminatus Faciei-Like Histopathologic Changes in 10 Cases

Abstract: Objective: To determine the clinical and histopathologic features of all lesions diagnosed as lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei via biopsy over the past 16 years at a single institution. “…It is an uncommon but yet dis nct and chronic infl ammatory granulomatous dermatoses of young adults. 3,4 It is characterized by asymptoma c discrete, symmetrical, reddish brown to pink monomorphic papulopustular erup on on the "muzzle" areas of face (cheeks, chin, eyebrows, eyelids and forehead).Involvement of body parts including axilla, groin, genitals, scalp, trunk and neck have been described.
