Abstract:As a kind new photovoltaic material, antimony sulfide–selenide (Sb2(S,Se)3) thin films have been considered a promising low‐cost solar cell absorption layer material due to their excellent photoelectric performance and stability. Continued research and development efforts have significantly increased the power conversion efficiency of Sb2(S,Se)3 solar cells over the past few years, which now exceeds 10%. High device performance requires efficient carrier collection and transport. A deeper understanding of the … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
