The human olfactory system can classify new odors in a dynamic environment with varying odor complexity and concentration, while simultaneously reducing the influence of stable background odors. Replication of this capability has remained an active area of research over the past 3 decades and has great potential to advance medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring and industrial monitoring, among others. New methods for rapid dynamic temporal evaluation of chemical sensor arrays for the monitoring of analytes is explored in this work. This paper starts with expatiating on the semantic meanings of intelligence, science and technology. Firstly explains the connotation of concepts of the human intelligence, the artificial intelligence, the intelligence science and technology. Secondly discusses the construction of the knowledge system of intelligence science and technology. Thirdly analyzes the elements of the human intelligence science, the artificial intelligence science and the artificial intelligence technology. Lastly sets up the knowledge system of intelligence science and technology by integrating these elements. Some interesting research conclusions are obtained, i.e. the intelligence denotes the intelligent ability; the meaning of intelligence is that human or machine are able to cognize the world and understand it; the knowledge system of intelligence science and technology is composed of two kinds of theories and four kinds of technologies which are the brain theory, the machine reasoning theory, the machine perception technology, the knowledge discovery technology, the expert system technology, and the robot technology.
