A retrospective study of internal small bowel herniation following pelvic lymphadenectomy for gynecologic carcinomas

Abstract: After pelvic lymphadenectomy (PLA), pelvic vessels, nerve, and ureter are skeletonized. Internal hernias beneath the skeletonized pelvic structure following pelvic lymphadenectomy (IBSPP) are a rare complication following PLA.
