It is noteworthy that the compound has a different molecular formula in these studies. , To our knowledge, all of these investigations were focused on the synthesis of SCB and the studies of the optical properties have not been reported, particularly for the second-order NLO properties. Apart from that, the need for further understanding of the relationship between the structure and properties of SCB prompts us to reinvestigate the crystal structure of SCB using the single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, which permits us to establish with certainty the existence and formula of a compound.…”

“…After 2 weeks, the crystalline products were obtained and washed with excess deionized water. The experimental powder XRD (PXRD) pattern of SCB was in agreement with the one reported previously, which suggested that the reported phase was recovered from the synthesis.…”
