“…O desenvolvimento mais intenso, principalmente na costa do Piauí, de um modo geral, atrai duas dinâmicas de pressão sobre o meio ambiente: a expansão da infraestrutura básica, de apoio e turística e o aumento de moradias de primeira e segunda residência.
