A rare variant of incontinentia pigmenti ? disseminated papules and vesicles

Abstract: The case report of a 2 week-old Turkish girl suffering from incontinentia pigmenti (IP) with atypical disseminated papules and vesicles as a rare clinical manifestation at the onset is presented.The diagnosis result from the histological examination with eosinophilic spongiosis, the peripheral blood eosinophilia and the development of typical striated lesions is the course of the disease.
