A Rare Presentation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Leg Ulcers and Degos-Like Lesions

Abstract: Degos disease (DD) also known as malignant atrophic papulosis was described by Köhlmeier and Degos in 1942. 1 It is a vaso-occlusive disorder affecting skin, central nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract.
