Abstract: Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome. This case involves a multivessel SCAD requiring intervention. The patient is a 39-year-old woman suffering from a non-ST elevation myocardial infarction caused by SCAD.
