A rare complication of pulmonary tuberculosis: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundPulmonary tuberculosis remains an important public health problem globally and one of the most prevalent infectious diseases in Sri Lanka. It can cause a wide variety of complications but hematological manifestations are rare.
