Abstract:A high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) therapy has been frequently performed in adult patients with acute respiratory failure during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the increasing long-term use of HFNC, different complications have been observed. We aimed to share the nasal necrosis complication that occurred in our patient who had used HFNC for a long time.
