A rare cause of persistent leukocytosis with massive splenomegaly

Abstract: Rationale:Persistent leukocytosis with megalosplenia is a common manifestation among patients with myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), especially for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients.
