Abstract:Spindle cell hemangioma (SCH) is an exceptionally uncommon vascular neoplasm, primarily manifesting on the extremities. This article delves into a singular case of a 20-year-old female presenting with erythema and discomfort in the left palm, diagnosed with SCH.
