A rare case of pancreatic macrocystic serous cystadenoma in an adolescent: a case report and literature review

Abstract: While serous cystadenomas of the pancreas usually consist of small cysts, one rare variant has been reported to be composed of macrocysts. Herein, we present the case of the youngest patient with macrocystic serous cystadenoma (MSC) to be reported in the literature.
