A rare case of low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm within an incarcerated Amyand’s hernia

Abstract: Introduction: We report a rare case of lowgrade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (LAMN) within an incarcerated Amyand's hernia. Case Report: The patient was admitted for an elective surgery due to an asymptomatic rightsided inguinal hernia. The operative findings were suggestive of an appendiceal mucocele.
