A Rare Case of Confluent and Reticulate Papillomatosis

Abstract: Confluent and Reticulate Papillomatosis (CRP) or Gougerot Carteaud Syndrome, is a rare dermatosis of unknown etiology. A 27 year old female patient developed asymptomatic brown-hyperpigmented, flat topped warty papules and plaques on the upper back and intermammary area with a characteristic histopathology suggestive of confluent and reticulate papillomatosis. We are reporting a rare case of CRP, since very few cases have been reported from India.
