A Rare Case of Concomitant Abducens and Contralateral Lower Motor Neuron Facial Nerve Palsies Following Blunt Head Trauma Associated With Temporal Bone Fracture

Abstract: This case report describes a case of concomitant abducens and contralateral lower motor neuron facial nerve palsies following blunt head trauma associated with left temporal bone fracture.
