A Rare Case of Autoimmune Gastritis and Pernicious Anemia Associated with Vitiligo

Abstract: Background: Autoimmune gastritis is a chronic inflammatory condition of gastric mucosa involving fundus and body of stomach. It presents with hypochlorhydria or achlorhydria and pernicious anemia secondary to anti-parietal cell antibody and anti-intrinsic factor antibody respectively.
