A rare case of a pulmonary valve papillary fibroelastoma

Abstract: Case: A 67-year-old female presented with an exceedingly rare cardiac neoplasmpapillary fibroelastoma. This is made rarer still as it occurred on the pulmonary valve. The patient complained of a prolonged history of chest discomfort. Magnetic resonance imaging and echocardiography revealed a pulmonary valve papillary fibroelastoma.
